Medical coordination in China — not medical decisions
From documents to post-return follow-up, 16 steps — each with a named owner. Medical decisions stay 100% with the hospital and with you.
Who we are
Not a medical provider
We provide no care, take no part in medical decisions and issue no medical documents.
We do not collect hospital fees
You pay hospital fees yourself with your passport and receive the hospital receipt. We never collect, forward or mark them up.
Only coordination & accompaniment
Documents, language, travel, communication, follow-up — the error-prone parts of cross-border care, turned into a process with owners and deadlines.
What we do
Two service families, one process: 10 specialty services and 4 health check-ups, all running the same 16 steps with one person accountable end to end.
Specialty services (10)
- Refractive surgery (SMILE / ICL)
- Full-mouth digital implants with immediate restoration
- Deep cancer early screening (public tertiary, VIP track)
- Robot-assisted hip / knee replacement
- Neuro & spine rehabilitation (integrative)
- Cataract phacoemulsification + premium multifocal IOL
- Endoscopic resection of early GI tumours
- Percutaneous interventional ablation (liver / lung)
- Pediatric surgery for complex congenital conditions
- Post-trauma scar revision & minimally invasive facial rejuvenation
How fees work
Two amounts, two payees: hospital charges (a reference range, subject to the hospital’s charges on the day) and the platform service fee (a fixed package — our only income). Nothing in between.

Chongqing →FAQ
Are you a hospital?
No. We are not a medical provider, we deliver no care and take no part in medical decisions. We coordinate and accompany cross-border care.
Can a cure be guaranteed?
No — and we do not promise. Every treatment carries risks and uncertainty; outcomes rest with the hospital and your attending physicians.
Who collects hospital fees?
The hospital. You pay in person with your passport at the cashier or foreign-card POS and receive the official hospital receipt. We never collect or forward them.
What is the service fee?
Fixed by package: A ¥1,200 / B ¥2,400 / C ¥4,800 / D from ¥9,800. The package depends on the service — see the service-fee page.
Is service available in Russian?
Yes. Russian is our first service language, from first contact to post-return follow-up. Actual coverage follows the duty roster.
What happens next
Every step is handled by people; you can also simply ask one question first.
