FAQ
Are all these services actually available?
We can pass your documents to hospitals; whether something can be done is the hospital’s call. We determine and promise nothing.
Why are hospital charges “reference” only?
They are publicly comparable 2026 ranges, not live quotes. The hospital’s actual charges on the day prevail.
Why do some services require a human review?
Serious and complex cases need human judgement and dialogue; AI must not decide anything for you, so they always go to a person.
Can I take only part of a service?
Yes. Services combine as needed; the exact scope is confirmed item by item in the Scope & Fees Confirmation.
What happens next
Every step is handled by people; you can also simply ask one question first.
